Terms of Service

RegistryPulse is operated by m11s Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). RegistryPulse lets you search for available domains, save alert rules, and receive notifications when domains matching those rules are discovered, expire, or become available.

We do not register domains on your behalf. Domain registration happens with a registrar of your choice; RegistryPulse only surfaces information about domain availability and lifecycle events.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

RegistryPulse offers a free Basic plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use RegistryPulse to scrape, resell, or redistribute domain data in bulk outside of the Services, to interfere with the Services' operation, or to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Domain availability, expiry, and pricing data is sourced from third-party registries, registrars, and feeds and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. RegistryPulse is provided for informational purposes and does not guarantee that a domain shown as available will remain available when you attempt to register it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, m11s Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including missed domain registrations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
